Let’s be honest, advertising is a consumption growth industry. We promote products that ultimately fuel this rapid increase in climate change.
But we are also the experts in mass behaviour change. And with this comes a responsibility.
We’ve got around 10 years to radically change course before climate change becomes so irreversibly catastrophic that it could end civilisation within our lifetimes.
We are THE LAST GENERATION that can stop devastating climate change. We have the knowledge and the tools – we just need politicians to lead the way. It is selfish and not fair to rest the responsibility of fixing the mistakes of older generations on the shoulders of today’s young people.
This is why, on the 20th of September, those working at BBH are joining the global Climate Strike, answering the call to action of the youth strikers.
Get your children, nieces, nephews, siblings, friends and be present at the strike.
