The User Experience (UX) Principal will have responsibility for delivering world-class UX for BBH London across a diverse, valuable portfolio of clients.

We are looking for someone with a tenacious, entrepreneurial spirit; someone who’s happiest rolling up their sleeves in the relentless pursuit of useful and beautiful solutions in an often dynamic and changing environment. They must also be nice.You will work collaboratively with strategists, creative teams and producers, in order to define and produce meaningful, signature experiences.

Whilst the emphasis of the role lies in the execution of UX deliverables through robust but flexible user-centred design processes, the UX Principal will also be expected to provide direction and work with external UX partners.

Additionally this person will need to work with the Head of User Experience to establish BBH UX strategy and evangelise the value BBH UX can bring as a critical function within the agency, across the entire project lifecycle.

You must be able to craft:

- Meticulous wireframes, user flows and other information architecture artifacts.

- Delightful interaction designs and navigation paradigms, informed by the best but always striving to break new ground.

-  Rapid prototypes (with creative tech), storyboards and scamps that articulate increasingly rich interactive experiences – helping colleagues understand and evaluate propositions and thus sell them into our clients.
