		<description>Great speech. Agree with Peter entirely - there&#039;s no point in creating an app/utility just for the sake of it. Unless you&#039;re trying to address a genuine customer need, you&#039;re likely to fall flat on your face.

(Also thought that it was a really great way of showing a presentation that combines slides and video.)</description>

		<description>Brilliant speech. I think the key insight here goes well beyond mobile though. All companies need to realize they&#039;re in the service business. The better they help customers achieve their goals (happiness) the more successful they&#039;ll be. I love the way Peter gets at so many fundamental truths here.</description>
